What this service covers
Exam room disinfection is not the same as general office cleaning. The surfaces, the sequence of contact, and the consequence of a missed area are meaningfully different in a clinical space. Crews assigned to medical facilities are trained specifically for environments where cross-contamination between patients is a genuine risk, not a theoretical one.
Each exam room turnover covers the exam table including the paper roll mechanism and articulating sections, pillow and bolster covers, instrument tray surfaces, otoscope and ophthalmoscope wall mounts, cabinetry handles, light switches, door hardware, sink and faucet, soap and paper towel dispensers, and the hand-sanitizer unit. Floors are mopped with a solution appropriate to the space — not a general-purpose floor cleaner.
End-of-day cleaning covers everything in the turnover protocol plus walls to shoulder height, baseboards, supply storage surfaces, and any portable equipment left in the room between days.

We can work within a facility's existing product specifications if required by your infection control policy or licensing conditions. A written scope of work documenting specific surfaces, sequence, dwell times, and frequency is included with every quote — suitable for accreditation preparation or staff briefings.
Crew consistency
The same crew is assigned to your facility for each visit where scheduling allows. Familiarity with a specific floor plan reduces the likelihood of missed areas and speeds turnover time. New crew members are introduced to facility managers before their first independent visit.
