What to have ready when you call
We can usually generate a preliminary quote range in a single call if you have the following information available: the approximate square footage of the space to be cleaned, the type of facility (clinic, dental, specialty), the number of exam rooms or operatories, your preferred cleaning frequency, and whether you are currently using a cleaning service or starting fresh.
A formal written quote with scope of work requires either a short site visit or a detailed walk-through by phone or video. We schedule those as soon as we have the basic facility profile.
